One of the aims of our podcast has always been to narrate science and interpret its scenarios. Many of our episodes - for example - have explored the relationship between the development of AI and the most varied areas of research.

In this episode, we try to describe the risks, opportunities and critical points of metaverse development for research communities through the voice and experience of Diego Zara (University of Notre-Dame).

We begin by defining the concept and context of the metaverse, and then delve into important issues that will shape the future horizons of the relationship between the metaverse and science.

Diego Zara is the author of a study on this topic in the journal Nature Human Behaviour.

Today's episode is in English.
