In New York, groups are arguing for the release of elderly and sick inmates, saying that their detention is exposing them to serious medical harm during this COVID-19 pandemic. Recently a Manhattan judge decided to release a number of inmates, including a murderer. Bernice Rosado was murdered by one of the released inmates. Her family deserves justice. Communities deserve to know who is being released and what crimes they committed. Public safety should come first. Keep your family safe and secure; the city is planning on releasing another 375 inmates.
