Transformational Leadership - The Four I's Have It!!!

The Coronavirus Crisis has forced leaders to prove their mettle. The new reality of working from home has hit some leaders like a ton of bricks. Some will come out of this better leaders and some will not be in leadership positions for too much longer. Transactional leadership has its place in some workplaces, but the majority of today's workforce needs leaders to be transformational. The Coronavirus has exposed a lot of leaders who may need to take a class in what it means to truly lead others or step away from their leadership positions. Titles don't make leaders, people do.
