I just love to have these authentic conversations. The topic that came to my mind for this episode was from the Body Love Letters deck. The card said "My worth is not defined by a number on a scale".
I design swimwear for all body types, I alter bikinis to fit the different types of women's bodies. I feel sad when girls come up to the store and think that they wouldn't look good in a bikini. But your worth is not defined by your weight, size, a comment or that number on the scale.
