HOW TO HANDLE A ‘BEING OUT OF BREATH WHILE RECORDING A PODCAST EPISODE’ SITUATION. ⁣

I know that feeling for sure! And especially because my new podcast is in English, which is not my main language! (For those of you who don’t know, then I’m from Denmark) ⁣

Here’s a few tips on how to handle the being out of breath while recording a podcast episode situation: ⁣

1. Just stop talking when you need to breathe, and then continue. You can cut while editing your podcast episode ⁣

2. Learn how to control your breath. Practise how to breathe from down in your stomach instead of from your chest and up. Hope it makes sense ⁣

3. If you’re feeling like you’re loosing your breath during performing a sentence, then break the sentence up in shorter pieces and breathe whenever you need to ⁣

4. Be very aware of starting on a new word while during this, so you don’t stop in the middle of a word or you start to record in the second you begin on your word. In this way you will make it impossible for yourself to cut in the editing process and the end result won’t sound good⁣

Good luck and enjoy! xx J ⁣
