Un incendio no facilita en ningún caso la gestión de los usos del suelo. Y por supuesto no ayuda a recalificar un determinado terreno para construir en él.
Para ello nos apoyamos en el artículo 50 de la Ley de Montes, que literalmente dice que “queda prohibido el cambio de uso forestal al menos durante 30 años”. Así que durante los 30 años posteriores a un incendio no se permitirá el cambio de usos del suelo.
