Cuando hay crisis en tu entorno lo primero que se te puede pasar por la cabeza es que de algún modo o de otro, esto puede "tocar" a tu negocio... y efectivamente es así. Pero no tiene que ser siempre un "toque negativo", es más si sabes PIVOTAR es muy probable que superes todas las crisis que haya, primero porque nunca lo volverás a ver como "crisis" si no como "oportunidad" y segundo porque al saber pivotar te adelantarás en cuanto veas venir los detalles.
