Welcome back to another episode :) This one dives into my personal journal entries from a book I've been reading the past few days - "Presence" by Amy Cuddy. I've been working my way through it, taking the necessary time needed to improve in my tough areas. And being present in every moment has been a big one for me. We are each our own little science projects, and we get to choose the direction of our own life. Everyone's path is different, and sometimes these paths cross - so grateful to have this moment to connect with you :) ~Erica
