Gedachten, we hebben ze allemaal. Zo ergens tussen de 200- en 700-duizend per dag. Als je tot die laatste categorie hoort en dus een druk hoofd hebt, dan komt dat onder andere omdat je die eerste 200-duizend gedachten erg belangrijk maakt. Dan ga je nadenken over de gedachten die je eerder hebt gehad. En zo kom je in een cirkelredenering terecht.
