Mark Luschini

Mark Luschini is Janney’s Chief Investment Strategist and leads the Investment Strategy Group, which sets the firm’s view on macroeconomics as well as the equity and fixed income markets. In addition, Mark is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Janney Capital Management (JCM), the asset management subsidiary of Janney Montgomery Scott. Under his leadership, JCM has delivered comprehensive solutions across its suite of investment strategies and has assets under management of approximately $3 billion.

As Chief Investment Strategist, Mark serves as the firm’s investment spokesperson, offering national market commentary and developing asset allocation models and investment strategies. He chairs the investment committee and actively interfaces with both current and prospective clients.

Mark joined Janney as part of the Parker Hunter merger in 2005 and has spent more than 30 years in the investment industry. He frequently utilizes his experience to speak on topics related to investment planning and asset management at seminars, conferences, and in the media. Mark holds his B.A. and M.B.A. from Gannon University. Media appearances include CNBC, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Business Journal, and Pittsburgh Business Times.

Scott Phelan, CFP®

Scott Phelan has over 20 years of financial advising and planning experience. As Executive Vice President/Wealth Management, Financial Advisor, his focus is helping build wealth for high net worth individuals and corporate clients. His core competencies include estate, retirement, insurance and income tax planning strategies. Scott has a long and distinguished career in the financial services industry having held leadership positions at Edward Jones, The Hartford, and New England Financial. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President, Wealth Management, Financial Advisor/Senior Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley. Scott began his career at the New England Financial Group where he developed and implemented employee 401(k) programs.
