For the past decade, her company has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world to create high-performing apparel and merchandise as well as creating from-scratch brands to scale.

Monica Downen is the owner of Monica’s Waterfront Bakery & Café in Old Town Silverdale. She is a law enforcement dispatcher turned chef. Monica is passionate about creating positive experiences for others. Since 2006, her company has nourished the community through engaged relationships. With change all around, Monica believes the ability to adapt, flex, and go with the flow are superpowers everyone can embrace.
