Taylor Jernigan, Employee Relations Administrator with Kitsap Bank, has comprehensive human resource experience including talent management, training, benefits, and compensation. Her experience spans hospitality, medical, and banking in both union and nonunion environments. Taylor joined Kitsap Bank about three years ago. She loves the community atmosphere. She is a business school graduate of the University of San Francisco.
