Curare ansia e panico: La Tecnica della sala cinematografica. Una delle tecniche più efficaci della programmazione neuro linguistica per ridurre ed eliminare i disturbi di ansia e di panico. Eliminare il panico o contrastare una fobia. Ho appreso queste tecniche 18 anni fa da validissimo terapeuta inglese di nome Sir Harry Johnson. Sono sicuro che potranno darti una mano per a vivere con molta meno ansia e con molta meno angoscia .
