Often called the U.S. government's "Nazi hunting" organization, the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) identified and sought removal of former Nazis and their collaborators who emigrated to the United States after World War II. Almost 35 years after the end of the war, the OSI was created in 1979 to expel perpetrators of the Holocaust by initiating denaturalization and deportation proceedings. Host Chris Berdy (Butler Snow LLP) speaks with guest attorney Susan Siegal who spent 31 years as a prosecutor and principal deputy in the OSI.
