In this episode of Creating Culture, Elizabeth Viljoen interviews Adolph Kaestner, a Distinguished Toastmaster who has been District 74 Governor in 1988/89. He joined Toastmasters in 1983 and for 37 years has been instrumental in the growth of Toastmasters Southern Africa.

After years in banking, Adolph became a Professional Speaker and Trainer.

Throughout his career he has mentored other leaders and speakers, and considers Toastmasters as excellent training for any career. Although retired, he is still actively involved in Toastmasters and his community as a mentor and an inspirational speaker.

His mantra is: 'What gets recognised, gets repeated.'
