Who is Sam?
Sam is taking athletes to their potential in the sport of fitness as the head coach with BigDawgs. Known as "chef Sam", he is always #cookingupgains. Sam is an OPEX CCP L1 associate coach and OPEX education instructor. He is also a former NCAA 36-hole scoring record holder and all-American golfer. When Sam isn't designing fire programs or consulting with clients, you can find him golfing, playing tennis, hiking, reading, BBQing, finding the perfect ice cream shop, or building memories with friends.
