From there, the sky has been the limit, from providing structure to troubled youth as a counselor, supporting friends and family through their ups and downs, or applying his curiosity of what makes people tick to various leadership roles.
Kyle currently applies his passion for breaking down barriers and providing opportunities for everyone in his scope of impact by leading a team of 150+ in delivering experiences to a major tech company's employees, vendors and guests. This allows him to constantly identify growth opportunities and make connections to improve the experience of his team and those they influence in their journey.
In his personal life, Kyle is a relentlessly engaged father and a dedicated husband and hopefully a positive role model for his siblings and support to his elders.
