On this week's episode I'm talking with Molly Blomeley, a Corporate Wellness Director for a large manufacturing company and also run a full service fitness facility.  Molly is also a Fitness and Nutrition blogger that specializes in getting you started on your health journey.

Molly also deals with autoimmune issues and during this episode we talk about her journey with lupus, how it affects her work as a fitness instructor.  She talks about how she's learned how to listen to her body and do what it says for optimal wellness.

Molly also tells us about going to Washington D.C. to speak on Lupus Rights in front of congress.  She tells us about that experience and how she got involved in speaking out about Lupus.
