Today I'm chatting with Molly Courtney all about the Stages of Change. Changing our habits can be difficult-- just ask anyone who has made a New Year's Resolution and is still working on that change. Lasting behavior changes take time, energy, awareness, focus and commitment. To affect positive change, it is important to understand that change is dynamic and and it happens in stages and we rarely get it right the first time.

Molly is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Laughter Yoga Leader. She is passionate about helping people find fun, and enjoyment on their health journey. After graduating from Oregon State with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, she began working in fitness and quickly discovered that exercise programs and meal plans weren’t enough to help people achieve lasting change. Molly realized there were two essential ingredients missing; body respect and fun. She found her coaching genius when she welcomed mindfulness, imagination, and curiosity into her approach. She is honored to be welcomed into vulnerable areas of her client’s lives to help them find lasting health habits using a her LOVE Method.
