Is it a career, a relationship, food, a material item or place, your body? Can you make it your intention to acknowledge and master this subtle distraction in your life? We all can get obsessive over all kinds of things and for various different reasons, some of which will be more healthy reasons, but others not so much and it’s our job as parents and spouses to make sure we are regulating those obsessions.
