Letitia is the CEO & President at ARS Roofing, Gutters and Solar. After eight years of managing a prominent roofing company, she decided to start her own company. She has now been in the industry for 26 years and employs 24 full-time, year-round employees servicing the North Bay. Letitia’s accomplishments include: ➡️ 2020 Residential Roofer of the Year by Roofing Contractor Magazine. ➡️ 2021 Spirit of Education Awardee by the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI) ➡️ 2022 Influential Woman of the Year by North Bay Business Journal Along with running a successful roofing company, Letitia’s vision is to advocate for the disadvantaged. Over the years, she has been inspired to start the non-profit foundation called The LIME Foundation. Her non-profit advocates for at-risk youth and seniors in the community by providing health services, music and arts, and construction training.
