The Yoga Voice is a biweekly podcast from CITYOGA, hosted by Dave Sims E-RYT 500, owner CITYOGA School of Yoga & Health. Each episode of The Yoga Voice contains conversations with yoga teachers and practitioners from around the world and throughout the Midwest. Our discussions explore how yoga inspires and transforms.

Enjoy this lively conversation I had with Indiana’s most experienced prenatal yoga teacher, Kelly Shull. Kelly loves connecting with students to share her passion for yoga at Cityoga.

Kelly Shull, E-RYT 200, PRYT, RYT-500 was introduced to yoga in a college course over 20 years ago. She has always found a connection to the peace and well-being that yoga provides. Kelly has a deep commitment to sharing the transformative power of yoga.

Kelly completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2008 with Marsha Pappas and Nikki Myers, Prenatal in 2010, and Core Strength Vinyasa in 2011. She completed her 500-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with Rolf Gates in 2020. Over the years She has taught everything from Hot Vinyasa, Mommy Baby, Preschool, and Prenatal to a calming restorative yoga. Kelly teaches a vinyasa flow that strengthens and calms the mind and body, while connecting the heart and spirit as well as Prenatal Yoga which allows Mamas to build the strength and confidence while learning valuable postures and breathwork to prepare for childbirth.
