Thanks to Noah Kagan, the Underdog community that came together has been a huge source of inspiration for Rich. John is an entrepreneur, content creator, author, and martial artist who uses his talents to help others improve their sales techniques and tactics. John advocates approaching sales with empathy and a more human touch versus the cut-throat tactics that always seem to be instilled in sales strategy. Rich and John discussed how he got started in sales, his time in the military, and a whole lot more.
