Two of the Sacramento area's renowned chefs are teaming up to open Cantina Pedregal in nearby Folsom this spring. Patricio Wise of Nixtaco and Brac Cecchi of Canon and Franquette will be opening a cantina that features the flavors of northeastern Mexico with a full cocktail program and more. Both chefs have experience as lead chefs on the Tower Bridge Dinner as well as Bib Gourmands from the Michelin Guide, so locals and visitors alike are eager to see what they do together.
