The Florida housing market has been on a tear in recent years, with home prices skyrocketing. This has also increased the demand for affordable housing across the state as wages for the folks who were already here are not grown at the same rate as the rapidly increasing home prices.
Betsy Pepine's company is not only thriving in the North Central Florida area, but they are working on creating additional affordable housing in the area to be part of the solution to this problem! Through their charitable foundation, Pepine Gives, they are literally building houses!
