This is one of the realest and most raw episodes I've ever recorded. I did not expect to get so vulnerable, but as I was talking I was working through my inner feelings, and you can hear my pain and grief as I move through my own healing. I debated for several days if I wanted to share this episode, because it was difficult for me to listen back to. After sitting with it, I felt that I was ready to share the journey I go on in this episode, but with a few minutes edited out in the beginning to honor where I'm at now (I let you know where and why I edited a few minutes out).
