• Delegation is hard for a lot of leaders because they know they can do something better than the person they’re assigning it to at first. However, in order to grow your company, entrepreneurs need to “let go of the vine” and trust their team.
• Have a regularly scheduled clarity break to allow you to get all of your thoughts down and decompress without any distractions. Try doing this with a pen and paper to avoid the distractions provided by technology. 
• The Entrepreneurial Operating System, (EOS) is a simple but not easy set of tools combined in an integrated system to help business leaders with Vision, Traction, and Healthy.
