Sports Nutrition Academy Podcast is created by Mere Nutrition and hosted by Francesca Tyndall, Certified Sports Nutritionist, nutrition coach, and fellow athlete. Francesca has a Masters of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Nutrition, and is certified through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN). Francesca is additionally certified by Precision Nutrition and RP Strength as a nutrition coach. Francesca's passion for powerlifting started her on the journey to health and fitness, and led to a passion for helping athletes better themselves through sports nutrition. This podcast discusses the many facets of sports nutrition and how athletes can maximize their athletic performance. New episodes will be live every first and third Saturday of each month at 7:30am PST.
