The Strong & Fit Women Of Faith Podcast is where we get to do life together. Where we get to walk out our faith and learn what that looks like as it relates to our physical health and our spiritual health. I desire to come here each week and share with you what God has been teaching me throughout the week in the hopes that it will impact your life and grow you in your faith walk. My desire is to create a community of women who are desiring to grow in their faith and walk with the Lord as they learn what it means and looks like for them to steward over their health and body the biblical way.I'm just another girl desiring to walk this thing called life out and continue to grow in my knowledge and understanding of who God is and who I am in him and share the gifts and talents he has blessed me with, with you all.I pray as you listen that your faith would grow. What you believe to be possible grows and the knowledge of how much God loves you seeps even deeper into your heart and spirit.
God is leading me into a season of refreshing and replenishing. He has new things in store he wants me to share so I am taking intentional time off to seek Him.
He is walking me through some things in my own fitness journey and I am excited to bring all He is teaching and revealing to me when we come back in August.
